I mainly just want to be healthy, but I also want to lose weight. This here is my motivation.

Thank you! Just eat healthy, and exercise. I love snacking on things, so I make sure I only have healthy (carrots, almonds, greek yogurt, etc.) around. Drink lots of water and Get lots of sleep as well!

This morning I made my twin a homemade yogurt and fruit parfait!  The bottom layer has raspberries, second layer has vanilla cinnamon Greek yogurt, and the top is GF granola! I’m so happy how she is getting into healthy eating like me. 

Lately I’ve had so much going on that I haven’t even been able to eat right or workout. I feel like I’ve let my body down, because I can tell the difference between the clean me & the junk food me. Plus I’ve gained at least 5 pounds back. :( Gotta get back grinding. I’ve came waaaaay to far to go back..
