Thank you! Just eat healthy, and exercise. I love snacking on things, so I make sure I only have healthy (carrots, almonds, greek yogurt, etc.) around. Drink lots of water and Get lots of sleep as well!
Lately I’ve had so much going on that I haven’t even been able to eat right or workout. I feel like I’ve let my body down, because I can tell the difference between the clean me & the junk food me. Plus I’ve gained at least 5 pounds back. :( Gotta get back grinding. I’ve came waaaaay to far to go back..
